Catherine O'Sullivan R.G.N, B.N.D and M.Sc Health Safety and Ergonomics. Catherine founded occupational health at work and health coach Ireland after working for over 20 years with corporate's as well as working with individuals in Ireland and internationally.

Catherine is registered nurse , with a vast experience of health screening, occupational health & safety and life coaching.

What is occupational health & Safety?

Occupational health is a specialist branch of medicine that focuses on the physical and mental wellbeing of employees in the workplace.

The aim of occupational health is to prevent work-related illness and injury by:

• Encouraging safe working practices;

• Ergonomics (studying how you work and how you could work better);

• Monitoring the health of the workforce;

• supporting the management of sickness absence.

What is a Life Coach

A life coach is someone that looks to empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.
